Here’s how it works:
1. Introduction to Performance Excellence
We introduce you to the principles, methods and tools of high performing organizations. Who is your customer? What problem are you solving for them? How are you winning in your market? Do you need help with sales? Or ops? How do you manage resources? How do you manage improvement? The introduction is designed to help you improve the way you see and manage your organization.
2. Strategic Process
Great organizations live by the calendar. They know the score every quarter, month, and week. Long gone are the days of 5 year plans and yearly strategic documents. High performing organizations use a strategic process that translates the big rock priorities to the thousands of small wins every week. Organizations meet quarterly to re-evaluate the long term and 12 month direction, they meet monthly to status and confirm the schedule of activity, and they meet weekly to status the actions. Over a 12 month period, we train leadership teams to make strategic choice and translate that to tactical execution.
We partner with your organization for 6-36 months to help you live the principles, methods, and tools of high performing organizations. We facilitate your strategic process, we coach leaders on how to keep the focus and cadence moving. We then work with teams on the biggest organizational bottlenecks. It unlocks value, generates momentum, and frees up cash. We facilitate the early improvements, we then help build the capacity within the organization to execute your own improvements, and then we transition the capacity to an internal team so that long after we’re gone, you’re still improving, innovating, and growing.
