Focused Advanced Strategic (FAST)

Good organizations know the score every week, month, and quarter. They meet weekly to status results, monthly to make minor pivots, and quarterly to re-evaluate the direction of the organization so they can improve, innovate and grow. Symplicity will provide your leadership team with two full days of training in strategy and tactical discussions every quarter and meet with your team monthly for a half day of strat and a half day of coaching.

NOVO Execution

Two team members identified as “Change Leaders” will be trained by Symplicity over a 20-week period to become Leading Change facilitators. The training consists of group and one-on-one sessions to review content and projects. During this time they will learn methodologies crucial to ensure organizational changes are implemented with the ownership of those who need to execute it. With proper project selection, most organizations see a 2-5x return on their investment.

Organization Management

Designed for your own company.

Value Stream Management

The development of End-to-End Value Stream Maps will highlight current problems, challenges, and opportunities (PCO). All priority PCOs will be high-level chartered to determine savings. The priority chartered PCOs will be sequenced into improvement events to maximize short term and long term savings and returns.

Project Management (Rapid Deployment Projects)

Front-line employees and management will be engaged in accelerated improvement through a series of Rapid Deployment Events. These events are focused on high-return areas that are determined to be priority improvement opportunities for the business. The first events will focus on a combination of assisting with the rapid completion of “In-Progress” projects that have been lagging to the original planned schedule, plus executing on new priority projects. This approach will enable employees to unlock value to the bottom line, generate momentum, and free up cash to fund the transformation effort going forward. 

Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) Coaching

Symplicity Designs will help you anchor improvements for long-term sustainability of results through daily management coaching, which includes how to perform Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and a small improvement project for each participant

Novo Advanced
